Cancellations

If you need to cancel your Conference Registration or Hotel Reservation, please send an email to Weston & Associates, Inc. at williams@westoninc.com and reference “AIFA 2012” in the subject line.

Conference Registration Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

Credit Cards for hotel deposit will be charged one night room and tax on February 20, 2012. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Hotel cancellations & date changes MUST be received in writing at Weston & Associates by 3:00 PM (EST) February 14, 2012. Any cancellations received after 3:00 PM (EST) February 14, 2012, will result in a 1 night room & tax charge!

Hotel No-shows will be charged the FULL ROOM REVENUE for the DATES OF THE RESERVATION! Departure dates changed at the hotel will result in a charge to be determined by the hotel! Confirmations will come directly from the hotel to the e-mail address provided after February 20, 2012.
